Burst Fade uses original editorial text and locally hosted visual references credited to their identified creators or source pages. Copyright in third-party photographs remains with the respective rights holders. A credit or source link does not transfer ownership to Burst Fade.

Report a rights concern

If you own or represent the rights to an image or other material shown on this site and believe its use is unauthorized, email contact@theburstfade.com or theburstfade@gmail.com.

Please include the page URL, a description or screenshot of the material, your relationship to the work, a way to contact you, and enough information for us to assess the request. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless they are specifically needed.

Review process

We will review a sufficiently detailed notice, may ask for clarification, and will remove or replace material when the claim is substantiated. We may preserve minimal records needed to document the request and response.

Good-faith notices

Please submit only accurate, good-faith claims. This process is for copyright and image-rights concerns; factual corrections and general editorial questions can use the same contact addresses.
